Which insurances do you accept?
We accept Original Medicare and most PPO plans from Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Net, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have an HMO, Medicaid, or no insurance, don’t worry — we offer affordable self-pay plans so you can still access care. Insurance typically covers visits with our licensed medical providers and registered dietitian nutritionists, though co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance may apply.
We also work with all insurances (except Kaiser) to help get your medications covered and as needed can assist with prior authorizations for medications, such as weight loss injections.
To check your specific insurance eligibility, we encourage you to give us a call at 424-600-8360 during our business hours of Monday-Friday 7 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM. We will be happy to review your specific insurance eligibility and out of pocket costs.
