How long does it take for my medication to be delivered?
Once Shapely processes your medication order, it will be sent immediately to a compounding pharmacy for processing. Typical delivery timelines are 3-7 business days. We recommend that you place medication orders early (at least 7 business days prior to needing your next dose) to avoid any potential delays in your medication plan.
On rare occasions, the medication delivery timeline may take longer than 7 business days. Reasons may include delays from the compounding pharmacy, potential delays from the mail carrier, or natural disasters which may impact delivery and are outside of our control. If your medication order is delayed, please reach out to Shapely support by emailing
hello@getshapely.com or calling 424-600-8360 and we will be happy to assist you!
