Does Shapely provide refunds for medications?
At Shapely, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care for all our clients. Please note that we do not offer refunds for compounded weight loss medications. These medications are prepared by 503A FDA-regulated pharmacies specifically for each individual patient. Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications, once ordered, they cannot be canceled or refunded. The pharmacy cannot accept returns as these medications are uniquely tailored for each patient’s needs.
